About the Event:
It has been 25 years since the inaugural release of Lovingkindness: The Revolutionary Art of Happiness by Sharon Salzberg, one of America's leading spiritual teachers. Sharon will sit down with Devon & Craig Hase, a married couple who are spiritual teachers themselves and have co-authored a book together entitled How Not to Be a Hot Mess: A Survival Guide for Modern Life, which offers six guiding principles inspired from Buddhism and mindfulness practice, to keep you anchored and steady amidst the chaos.
Join them as they present their books, discuss what it takes to stay sane and kind in this crazy world, and answer questions from the audience.
