About the Event:
After the past year, the food industry in Boulder has undergone an evolutionary shift. In A Bite of Boulder, we were introduced to many of the deeper stories of our local restaurants, as well as their recipes. As this shift continues and the world slowly reopens, what is the culinary future of Boulder?
Join author and First Bite Owner, Jessica Benjamin, along with Owner of Japango, Erin Banis, Owner/Chef/Farmer of Black Cat Farm and Bramble & Hare, Eric Skokan, and Owner/Chef of Basta and Dry Storage, Kelly Whitaker, as they discuss what they discovered about themselves and their businesses this last year, what changes will stick around post-pandemic, and what they envision for our culinary future.
