CANCELLED -- Margaret Andersen -- "Getting Smart About Race"

This event has been CANCELLED! We will post any updates regarding rescheduling this event.

Margaret Andersen will speak about and sign Getting Smart about Race: An American Conversation on Tuesday, April 7th at 7:30pm.

About the Book:
The reality of racial inequality and injustice is glaring. We need a starting point that can take us inside the conversations and debates surrounding race to better understand the past, present, and future of race and racism, and how we can contribute to the narrative in a more positive, equal way. Getting Smart about Race examines race from all angles and leaves us with a positive outlook on why the American conversation needs to get serious about race.

Tickets to attend are $5 and are good for $5 off the author’s featured book or a purchase the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased now at the store, over the phone, or at the door. Readers Guild Members can reserve seats for any in-store event.
