December Meeting -- Sunday, December 6th at 2:00pm
December Chocolate Club comes with various bonuses!
First we want to thank Moksha Chocolate from Boulder for offering the bonus chocolate of the month with a beautiful 72% Criollo Dark Chocolate from Rio Mayo Valley, with freeze dried cherries.
Secondly, we are providing a large list of suggested beverages to pair with each bar, so this month our tasting experience can be truly festive! I hope you enjoy our selection.
And finally, we are offering shipping within the USA, so you can share the experience with friends, loved ones and associates all over the country as a celebratory event. Charges apply.
The chocolate ticket is the Manoa Chocolate Hawaiian Sea Salt 72% Dark Chocolate. Manoa made a big impression during last month's tasting with their special reserve bar, and we think you will enjoy this one also. A Zoom link will be sent to you the morning of the event.
The Chocolate Club team at the Boulder Book Store wish you all a cheerful Holidays and a safe and prosperous New Year!

Suggested pairing with Manoa Chocolate Hawaiian Sea Salt 72%:
- Wine: Sparkling wine & Buttery Chardonnay
- Beer: Sours & Saisons
Suggested pairing with 72% Criollo Dark Chocolate from Rio Mayo Valley, with freeze dried cherries:
Suggested pairing with:
- Hibiscus Tea - the highest enhancer of this chocolate, with vibrant flavors coming form both chocolate and tea
- Ginger Tea - strong enhancer, without being fruity, but giving a wonderful texture to the chocolate
- Tulsi Tea - a neutralizer rather than an enhancer, preparing your palate for the next bite/expiriance
- Fennel Tea - the least spectacular of the four teas mentioned here, however, it will certanly aid to your digestion during the tasting. If this is the only tea you have handy, go for it!
